Golf Fitness: Mobility, Rotation & Swing Power

A friendly golf fitness plan built around your body and schedule. Salakra programs the qualities behind a stable, powerful swing — trunk mobility, rotational power, and core strength — with clear at-home exercises that fit around your rounds.

What's in your plan

Mobility for your swing

Hip and thoracic mobility work to help you turn through the ball without forcing it.

Rotational power

Core and rotation exercises that train the movement patterns a golf swing actually uses.

Mostly at home

Little or no equipment needed — the plan matches whatever you have available.

Fits around your golf

You choose training days and session length, so the plan works alongside rounds and range time.

Common questions

I've never done gym training — can a golfer use this?

Yes. The assessment asks about your experience, and the plan starts with simple mobility and core work before adding load. Most exercises need little or no equipment.

Will this add distance to my drives?

The program trains the physical qualities behind a powerful swing — trunk mobility, rotational power, and core strength. How that translates to distance depends on your swing and practice; we don't promise specific numbers.

Do I need a gym?

No. Most of the program can be done at home with minimal equipment; if you do have a gym, tell the assessment and the plan will use it.

How much time does it take?

You set your training days and session length in the assessment, and the plan is sized to fit — it works alongside your rounds and range sessions.

What if my back or shoulders are sore?

Note it in the assessment and aggravating exercises are replaced. This is general fitness guidance, not medical advice.
